2. Services
Lunviro provides residential and commercial cleaning services in West Vancouver, British Columbia, and surrounding areas.
All services are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
3. Booking and Scheduling
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- Clients must provide accurate contact and property details.
- We will confirm bookings via phone or email.
- Arrival times may vary due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- Pricing may vary depending on property size, condition, and service scope.
- Additional services requested on-site may result in adjusted pricing.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved payment methods as communicated during booking.
Failure to make payment may result in service suspension or legal action.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Same-day cancellations may incur up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
- Secure pets appropriately
- Inform us of fragile or high-value items
- Disclose any hazardous conditions
We are not responsible for damage resulting from unstable, improperly installed, or pre-damaged items.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
We may, at our discretion:
- Re-clean the affected area
- Offer partial service credit
Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law:
- Lunviro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We are insured; however, claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
9. Access and Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:
- The environment poses health or safety risks
- There is aggressive behavior
- Illegal substances or activities are present
Our staff must be able to work in a safe environment.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Lunviro and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
